2000 m², which are available to each of us in the world in purely mathematical terms for the production of our food. In Rothenklempenow everyone can see how much land in the world is needed to grow what kind of food.

To make the transformation a little faster, the former actor from Düsseldorf & today's passionate changemaker has come up with something new: residenZ - time for future. GÖTZ LEHMANN
Project manager MODEM, Arbeit und Leben e.V. Mecklenburg – Vorpommern
What leadership questions are we asking in rural area & should be asking in cities?
MODEM IS a model project for rural areas in the district of Vorpommern-Greifswald. We are dealing with civil society in a changing region. We are looking for new formats & cooperation for a life beyond the cities. We are looking for a new relationship between city and country.
Civil society engagement can only develop, where provision of general interest is guaranteed. How can the conditions be created for this? In rural areas social issues, education, employment and culture are not perceived separately. How can the balance be lived to ensure a stable civil society?
When local sensitivities affect global effects, we need a functioning civil society.
